Nando, For friends, after a long, high-profile professional career gained between Italy and abroad, chooses to return to his land, Campania, giving life in February 2021 to his pizzeria: Gusto balances.
Located in a suggestive location in Pozzuoli, in the heart of the Phlegraean area, the pizzeria was born with the aim of offering an authentic experience, immersed in the natural beauty of the area.
Before this project, in the most significant moment of his career, Ferdinando Simeoli brought his vision of pizza to the world, collaborating with Mulino Caputo, with experiences in Panama and participation in major events between Naples and New York.
In the United States, in particular, proudly represented the excellence of Campania, supporting the Caputo team during the International Pizza Expo in Las Vegas and taking part in international competitions.
Today, Equilibri di Gusto is the concrete expression of this path: a concept dedicated to the culture of pizza, where tradition is respected and at the same time reinterpreted through advanced technical skills, constant research and a contemporary vision of taste.
