Intense yellow almost amber color, presents itself very well in the glass with 3 fingers of foam and a discreet fizz that persists even after the head has dissipated.

The scent is slightly fruity with particular notes of pear and citrus fruits that invite the first taste.

In the mouth, Biere Du Boucanier releases the fruity flavors already noted above´smell, furthermore the alcohol level that settles on 11% vol.

It doesn't kill the flavors, On the contrary, accompanies with sweetish notes towards the finish where yeast is the undisputed sovereign.
